Week 3: Mid-point review, repeat PHQ-9, cognitive work — identifying and challenging negative thought patterns

Week 4: Values and meaning — reconnecting with what matters

Week 5: Relapse prevention, building sustainable habits

Week 6: Final review, repeat PHQ-9, discharge summary to GP, plan for maintaining gains

  • Mild to moderate depression affecting daily function
  • Persistent low mood and loss of interest
  • Fatigue and reduced motivation
  • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
  • Not currently in crisis or actively suicidal

✗ Who this is not for

  • Active suicidal crisis (call or text 1737)
  • Severe depression with psychotic features
  • Requires psychiatric inpatient care
  • Active substance dependence as primary presentation
